Bob joined Yaron Properties in 2005 as Vice President & General Counsel. Having extensive experience in real estate law, he commands Yaron Properties' in-house legal services and also oversees the contributions of outside law fi rms. Given his extensive business background, higher education and transactional experience, Bob advises on acquisitions, strategic planning and project development, financing, disposition and leasing, and business development for the company.

Previously, Bob was a partner in a large Philadelphia law firm. While in private practice, Bob represented clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, sale, leasing, construction and financing of office, industrial, retail and multi-family residential real estate commercial leases, acquisitions, sales, fi nancings and construction and development matters. Bob also has planned, structured and drafted the governing documents for several commercial, residential and mixed-use condominium projects.

Prior to practicing law, he gained several years of practical real estate and business experience as Manager of Real Estate and Financial Services for a large insurance company where he was responsible for real estate planning and financial analysis, asset management, real estate accounting and reporting, purchasing, fl eet management and corporate risk management. After attending Villanova University and earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bob earned a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of North Carolina with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance. He completed his education at Temple University Law School where he earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.). Bob is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars.
